Reception & Nursery 2021 - 2022

Mr O'Connor

EYFS Lead

Palace Fields Early Years Foundation Stage

At Palace Fields EYFS children have fun learning in a safe and secure environment and to the best of our individual abilities. We aim to provide all our children with a broad range of experiences and opportunities that are relevant to them, tailored to their needs and inspire a lifelong love of learning. We achieve this through a balance of adult direct class/group teaching and play based learning. We capitalise on the children’s interests, plan interesting topics and themes, and allow for extended periods in the indoor and outdoor continuous provision. We plan for appropriate challenge for all children; enabling them to learn at a level of depth.

Please find our termly and whole year planning in theFiles to Download section below.
